About the Symbol

The emblem weaves together two historic symbols of feminine power and coded defiance: the scallop shell and the hand fan.

The scallop shell, a nod to the ancient myth of Venus rising from the sea, has long represented feminine beauty, resilience, and self-possession. The fan, once a tool for women to communicate in a society that sought to silence them, embodies the art of subversion — a language of flirtation, refusal, and rebellion carried on the flick of a wrist.

Together, they create a symbol of quiet resistance and unapologetic femininity. A reminder that women have always found ways to claim space, tell their stories, and express desire on their own terms — whether through myth, gesture, or symbol.

This is more than a logo. It’s a reclamation.
