Delivery costs are based on the destination. Since prints and cushions are shipped from different locations, an additional charge will apply if you purchase both items.
The final total for delivery will be shown in you checkout basket just before you make your purchase.

Cushion  returns and cancellation policy:

Cushions -

I do not keep stock of the cushions, as each one is made to order. Because of this, if you need to return the cushion, I can only offer a refund minus the manufacturer's costs.

Fabrics & Color Variations
Please note that color variations may occur between the digital image and the final product due to the nature of different fabrics. Each fabric base has its own unique characteristics—such as base tone, light reflectivity, thickness, weight, opacity, and weave—which can all impact the appearance of the printed colors. Additionally, various lighting conditions can further affect how the colors appear.

To ensure satisfaction with your cushion, I recommend purchasing a fabric swatch in your preferred material before placing an order.

Prints -

We truly want you to be delighted with your print, and if it doesn't quite meet your expectations, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We'll be happy to help you with the return process. In such cases, the customer will need to cover the postage expenses. Just make sure to package it securely using the original packaging, and feel free to use an economical delivery service.

 In the unfortunate event that your print arrives damaged, please reach out to us with images of the defective print and its packaging. We'll gladly refund your print and return postage costs for this inconvenience.

Print returns and cancellation policy:

Regarding cancelled merchandise, we want to inform you that our products are made to order, and once the production process has begun, we're unable to make changes. We take great care and work diligently to fulfil your orders promptly. As a result, we can only accept cancellations within a 2-hour window from the time you placed your order. Here's how we handle cancellation requests:

  • If the cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order, we'll do our best to cancel it and provide a full refund, including shipping fees.
  • However, if more than 2 hours have passed since you placed the order, we regret that we won't be able to issue a refund for the item/s.

When it comes to print orders, please be aware of your country's specific customs rules and regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs/duty fees and taxes applicable to their orders. To avoid any issues with failed deliveries or unpaid customs fees, please keep an eye on your email and track your package's status.

If, unfortunately, a package is returned to us due to unpaid fees or taxes, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for a second attempt at delivery, as well as any additional fees/taxes incurred during the second shipment. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with potential costs in your country to ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid paying for shipping twice. Our aim is to avoid unnecessary hassle for both parties.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in these circumstances. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
